Unlike average estimates based on cookie-cutter builds, our budgets are precise and personalized to your lot and your plans.
Design Phase & Selections
Once your budget is finalized, we move into the design phase. Here, we help you choose your owner selection items—everything from flooring and cabinetry to lighting and fixtures. This is your opportunity to infuse personality and style into your new home, and we are here to guide you every step of the way.
While many of our clients come to us with their own architect-drawn plans, we also offer a selection of LAGE Custom Homes Plans—pre-designed layouts that serve as a strong starting point for your build. These thoughtfully crafted plans can be customized to fit your lifestyle, with full flexibility when it comes to finishes, fixtures, and selections. It’s the perfect option for those who want a custom feel without starting entirely from scratch.
Construction & Beyond
With selections made, building begins. You are welcome to visit the site for multiple walkthroughs throughout the process, and you will be a key part of the journey. At the end, we conduct at least two final walkthroughs to ensure your complete satisfaction.
